Life Through The Eyes Of An Idiot Boxer

It’s been a while but I hope after today I can start doing this a little more frequently (maybe once a month :-D).

As of 9am on 5/16/2011 I am officially a college graduate. Now this is a big deal because I wasn’t sure if I would be here two week ago. Thanks to awful university politics* I was put into a bad place that held my degree in jeopardy. This morning the final grade came in which means I’ve completed all necessary requirements to graduate.

But here’s the thing, I don’t feel any different. The only thing I am happy about is that school is done. But I still have no job, I still have ambitions to break into an industry that is damn hard to break into, and I’m still living back home for the time being (moved back in last week).

But I will say this, the book has been closed on the school chapter of my life. Now it’s time to get this shit started!

* Davis Guggenheim should consider a sequel to Waiting For Superman called Superman Never Came about the failings of the US college system.
